The selection process for our Reserva line of specialty coffee is very rigorous and methodical. We visit each farm and cup the coffee in our lab, always certifying each batch meets the highest quality standards in accordance with the Specialty Coffee Association before it is finally approved.
Rich soils from the mountainous region of Puerto Rico reward us with bold aromatic flavors. Caribbean trade winds maintain the perfect climate on the mountain slopes, while local rivers and fruit crops provide added nutrients and character.
