Good coffee for every day

If there ever was a work-day coffee, this is it. It’s neither overpowering nor too mild. It’s a great tasting coffee that holds up to any time of the day. The grind was fine/espresso so a traditional method of bathing or immersing the grounds in a pot of hot water yields the best results. You can see a velvety, creamy layer form as the great flavors are extracted. When done, you can filter through a coffee sock or even a French press. Yum!
