I have been ordering this coffee from P.R to the USA for around 15 plus years- the flavor is consistently full, rich smooth and not bitter- arrives typically to the States within a week, never have had a problem with the packaging or any hint of damage. Consistently reliable in flavor, pretty much the same every year. Never have purchased coffee sold in the stateside market as none are as pleasing and as consistent as the Rico.
